What Should I Expect When I Visit?
At Southside, you'll find a place you are welcomed as you are. No pretense, just people...people that matter to us and to God. So no matter your background, you are welcome here.
What Should I Wear?
Come as you are. There is no need to wear as suit, tie, or dress (unless you want to). Feel free to wear jeans and a t-shirt. Casual dress is completely fine with us. In fact, most Sundays, you'll find our pastor in his jeans.
Will I Have to Shake Hands or Stand in Front of People?
No. We want you to be comfortable. We do usually have a greeting time, and because our folks genuinely love each other, don't be surprised if they want to meet you. But please know you will not be put on the spot when you visit.
Do You Have Something for My Kids?
Yes. During our service we offer nursery for our youngest kids and Children's Church for kids in preschool thru 5th grades. Our children's ministry leaders and volunteers love Jesus and love kids, and they are excited to meet your child(ren).
